High Quality Back Links

By |February 13th, 2012|

The number of high quality back links is the greatest factor to how well you will do in the search engines and subsequently how much free traffic they will send your way. Everyone knows that it is the number and the quality of websites linking to you that makes all the difference, but 1. what makes a website high authority and 2. how do we get these seasoned, trusted sites to link to us?

Sites with high authority that provide the highest quality links are sites that have been around for a while and have a PageRank, the higher the better. […]

Best Link Building Software: If I Was Forced to Choose

By |February 13th, 2012|

People that begin to learn a little about SEO and find out how much time it takes to actually do, will always look for an easier way and eventually get to the question, “Which is the best link building software?”  Frankly, I don’t like to discuss automated link building software at all until I know that you have, at least, a slight understanding of the possible consequences.

The chances of getting sandboxed by Google and de-indexed so that no one will ever again find the website that you worked so hard to build, are very scary and very real.

If you had […]

Local Search Engine Rankings

By |February 12th, 2012|

With regard to organic local search engine rankings, there is no difference between local and national rankings. If you are interested in the order of the Google Places in the map that sometimes appears above or the right of the organic results that is a slightly different story.

The only difference between local and national search engine optimization is that the keywords now have a location attached to them, like Marketing Firm in White Plains. This means that the keywords are inherently less competitive to rank for but tend to have less people searching for them.

In order to improve your search […]

How to Check Website Traffic

By |February 12th, 2012|

How to check website traffic is a question everyone has at some point in their online career because you need to know how you match up to other sites in your industry and more importantly, you want to see if people are reading and responding to your content.

My favorite way is by using the Jetpack for plugin for your self-hosted site.  Once you install the plugin it will ask you to connect it to your site.  If you don’t have one you can sign up for free at

Once you connect the two, you will begin seeing […]

How to Get More Website Hits

By |February 12th, 2012|

There are hundreds of different ways to get more website hits but in this blog post I will discuss my favorites that seem to be reliable year in and year out.

First off, let me start out by saying that getting more visitors to your website will be infinitely easier if you have at least a few hundred pages or posts on your site.  The search engines love content and the sooner you give them what they want, the sooner they will send you more free traffic.

When I am pushing hard for more traffic, in order to promote a new product […]

How to Get Back Links

By |February 12th, 2012|

A question I get all the time after someone finds out that links are the most important factor in Google’s ranking formula generally boils down to how to get a back link.

In this post I will NOT get into, literally, how to get a link and what string of html code to use to link words to a URL.  If that’s what you’re looking for, there is another blog post on this site that can help you.

Over here: http//

Here, we’ll discuss the best way in which to get links in order to minimize your effort and maximize your results.  The […]

Back Link Generator: Only Two Types

By |February 12th, 2012|

When choosing an automated back link generator, there are really only two types to choose from.  There are tools that are completely automated and there are tools that are just short of completely automated – like 95%.

Of course, the decision on which one to use comes down to your preference and the value you place on creating your own unique content.

Let me explain.

Tools like SENuke X and Brute Force EVO2 are fully automated pieces of software that perform many different link building methods for you.  You don’t even have to write your own content if you don’t want to because […]

Back Link Building: All Links Are Not Counted Equally

By |February 12th, 2012|

In your back link building efforts, it is not enough to get any old link.  To have the greatest success in improving Google ranking, you must focus your efforts on getting high authority, high PageRank sites to link back to you.

Have you ever heard of the phrase junk links?  That is when the sites pointing to you are not very seasoned or trusted in the eyes of the search engines.  Sites like forums where you can create your own profile easily – or use an automated tool to do it – and then create as many links pointing back to […]

One Way Link Building Service

By |February 11th, 2012|

This post is broken down into two sections and gives you three different options for your link building efforts.  Certainly, if you are serious about achieving higher Search Engine Rankings, one of these options will be a good fit for you to use right away.

Let’s break it down.
Completely Done-For-You SEO Services
A done-for-you, one way link building service is great because let’s face it, search engine optimization is a full time job for most keywords.  With that being said, that is also why link building services are so expensive.  Well, the good ones are expensive.  Unfortunately, you cannot get an effective, […]

Westchester Website Design

By |February 10th, 2012|

When I got started designing websites a few years ago, I never set out to be an online marketing, website development expert.  I was and still am in the restaurant business.

My brother had designed and built our first website at the restaurant and it looked decent but my one big complaint was that it was practically impossible to update the site regularly.  Every time we wanted to update the menu or add specials, which change often, the only way to do it was to call a web coder to write the HTML code the long, hard way and create the […]
